Please try and have this document submitted at least one-day before our intended start to allow me to have a review before getting to work. Yes No - We will source our own Would you like me to facilitate printing of all your addresses directly on your envelopes? All your addresses are prepared digitally and then you pick up your envelopes with addresses/return directly on them. This is a wonderful option for further customization. Yes please Can we have some more info No Would you be interested in designed envelope liners? This is what you see when you open the envelope on the flap/inside. I design/prepare them for printing on regular paper and then usually a DIY job of adding them in. Yes - But we can add them to the envelopes ourselves Yes - We'd like you to prepare them No Would you be interested in pockets or paper sleeves? I can prepare some samples if you're unfamiliar with how this would look/how we could make it work for your suite. Alternatively, feel free to add me as a collaborator @MaggsyMay Personal Information Please note that any information in this section should be exactly how you’d like it to appear on your cards, written in full where applicable. Tell me about who is hosting, i.e., who is paying? This helps me determine some of the wording. If you have an opening line preference, please specify. Ex., "Together with their families" or "[parental names]invite you to the wedding of.." Names of the Bride and Groom Again, written exactly how you'd like to see it! Date of the Wedding Ceremony Address Please also include the name of the space, if applicable along with the full address Time of Ceremony It's helpful sometimes to slightly adjust this time, you know your people. Reception Address (If different than ceremony) Please include the name of the space, if applicable and the full address Start Time/General Timing of Reception Please detail the time people should arrive, and any other pertinent information you'd like to include. i.e., "cocktails at 4pm, dinner at 6pm" Anything else to note about the ceremony or reception that needs to be listed? Sometimes this includes a note on parking, on alcohol consumption or any special details regarding the venue What is your RSVP deadline? Again, you know your people, I'd recommend a soft/hard deadline. Soft goes on the card, then you chase the outstanding people before your hard deadline. How will you be accepting your RSVPs? Does menu selections have to be determined? Do you need this listed on the RSVP? If you will have physical RSVPs mailed back, we would include it here, if digital, you would place it on the website/digital space Do you have any hotel blocks reserved and would you like them listed? Please list name of hotel, address, last day to reserve (this is generally 1 month prior to the wedding date) and what a guest should mention when booking (this is sometimes just your names, a code, or the date of the wedding; this will be provided to you by the hotel) Should we have a note about gifts?
