Welcome to Wedding Invite Onboarding. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather all relevant information for your suite. Please try and have this document submitted at least one-day before our intended start to allow me to have a review before getting to work. Please note that in some questions you'll see the option DC (Designer's Choice), i.e., I'll choose for you; feel free to use this "DC" as an answer to any other relevant questions. Enjoy! x

Please note that depending on the information requested, I may offer a suggestion about the total number of pieces needed.
I have a great source for these at a competitive price and beautiful selection.
All your addresses are prepared digitally and then you pick up your envelopes with addresses/return directly on them. This is a wonderful option for further customization.
This is what you see when you open the envelope on the flap/inside. I design/prepare them for printing on regular paper and then usually a DIY job of adding them in.
I can prepare some samples if you're unfamiliar with how this would look/how we could make it work for your suite.

Please note that any information in this section should be exactly how you’d like it to appear on your cards, written in full where applicable.
Ex., "Together with their families" or "[parental names]invite you to the wedding of.."
Again, written exactly how you'd like to see it!
Please also include the name of the space, if applicable along with the full address
It's helpful sometimes to slightly adjust this time, you know your people.

Please detail the time people should arrive, and any other pertinent information you'd like to include. i.e., "cocktails at 4pm, dinner at 6pm"
Sometimes this includes a note on parking, on alcohol consumption or any special details regarding the venue
Again, you know your people, I'd recommend a soft/hard deadline. Soft goes on the card, then you chase the outstanding people before your hard deadline.
Do you need this listed on the RSVP? If you will have physical RSVPs mailed back, we would include it here, if digital, you would place it on the website/digital space
Please list name of hotel, address, last day to reserve (this is generally 1 month prior to the wedding date) and what a guest should mention when booking (this is sometimes just your names, a code, or the date of the wedding; this will be provided to you by the hotel)
Please include a registry if you have one, or any information about your preferred gift(s), “cash” lol, but we’ll say it nicer
