This is a turn-key experience; with your first preview available in 7-business days once the design portion begins. While no two sites are ever the same I always prioritize a simple-user experience, functionality and cohesive copy and intentional design. Your site should be your favourite place online.

  • My base package is a perfect option for 7/10 brands, and a perfect starting point for 10/10 brands. The base includes:

    • Web discovery document and 60-minute call to review answers
    • Customized Squarespace design
    • Custom built home/landing page and 4 interior pages* including custom code(ing) where applicable
    • Copywriting for all pages, including a curated copy questionnaire, created specifically for you and your website plus SEO/keyword implementation
    • One round of comprehensive edits, one round of minor edits
    • Website management for 1-year following initial launch
    • Facilitation of domain purchase/transfer

  • • Interior pages (*additional to the base 5 pages)
    • Imagery, graphics, illustrations either sourced or original — I partner with several photographers who offer exclusive packages for my clients

Cohesiveness is key. A brand identity defines you. Whether it’s your logo, your visuals or your meanings and messages. Or all of the above. I’ll help bring together all the elements that collectively define your brand. The building blocks required to keep things consistent and beautiful across the board. Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a refresh, I’ll help you land on what will be presented to your audiences.

  • • Discovery documentation & 30-minute call to review and discuss answers together
    • Preview of 3-6 directions based on documentations, followed by a round of major and minor revisions
    • Full logo suite (main logo, alternate, submarks)

    • All files prepared for both digital/print formats and compiled into a comprehensive PDF for future review

Tell a story with copy that is interesting, entertaining and can resonate with your target audiences. I believe good copy can spur your audiences to action, connect them with your brand and build genuine relationships. For me, copywriting is the delicate selection of words to create a profound and straight-forward impact.

  • But not limited to copy for socials, web pages, product naming/descriptions, naming in general, marketing materials and blog services. Often times you know what you’d like to say, but not how to say it. But I do.

  • • Recommendations for topics, directions or best practices
    • Keyword research and SEO implementation
    • Refinement of copy, you provide the key points and I transform into functional and strong writing
    • Formal editing of any written work

CONTENT & DESIGN

Achieving consistent and engaging visual content is crucial to your brand. It should connect with your target audience while staying authentic to your brand. This service means something different to each client, but generally includes content photography & video along with aspects of graphic design. This service is inclusive of just about any visual aspects related to you or your business. Available as a retainer or ad hoc.

  • Authentic and relatable content created in a true UGC (User-generated Content) style. Either provided unfinished or edited/prepared for posting. Including but not limited to products, services or general aesthetics and lifestyle content creation, to be used as needed.

  • Including but not limited to marketing materials, catalogues, packaging, social media graphics, illustrations and really anything you can think of—I can bring it to life.

MY PROCESS

  1. GETTING IN TOUCH

I’ll invite you to first fill out my client application. Once received I’ll reach out via email and share a few more details about how the service works, timelines and any other pertinent information. Often, I’ll request we book a call to review things together.

2. CONTRACT, DEPOSIT & QUESTIONNAIRES

If all sounds great, you’ll receive a contract. Many services are booked into slots, so a non-refundable deposit is used to secure your project time-frame. Once I receive a signed contract and deposit payment, you receive applicable questionnaires and documents so that you can start preparing for our work together.

3. WORK BEGINS

Regardless if we’re working on a project or on a retainer basis, I operate on a very well-established timeline, one that we discuss and plan for in our initial stages. Ex., website builds take 7-business days until we’re ready for preview, blogs are always written and reviewed a month ahead and branding is ready for preview in 4-7 business days. I’ve found this makes for a very dependable and reliable experience for each client.

FAQs

  • I understand that many services are investments. So, while a 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon contract signing, we can break up the remainder into weekly/monthly installments, interest-free.

  • For some services all it takes is a signed contract and we begin within 7-business days. But for services like web design and branding I generally book a limited number each month. But while you wait for your slot, I’ll make sure you have everything you need for a seamless transition into working together.

  • I’ll provide you with a full breakdown of your investment in my services along with all additional costs. Things like website hosting, domains, font licences or email marketing subscriptions are not included in my pricing as they are subject to change and at times are not needed.
