I’m a valley girl, that is Silicon Valley of the North (Waterloo, Ontario). To everyone’s surprise, I hold a Master’s degree specializing in Botany. I spent many years achieving my academic goals, working with parasitic plants and exploring the research world, all while freelancing on the side.

In 2020, I made the leap to full-time freelancing and couldn’t be happier. I have and always will be a creative at my core. Now, I blend the technicality of the sciences with the ingenuity of the arts, bringing something different to each project I work on. Meaningful, memorable, thoughtful and intentional are currently my guiding words, helping shape and direct my creative process.

When I am not working you’ll find me trying new recipes and hosting parties or covered in garden dirt. In July and August, I rearrange my schedule to run TNT Berries. My husband and I welcomed our second child in 2023 and being a freelancing mom is and has been one of the greatest things.
